Connecting Smartcode to Khaos Control Cloud
How to create a Smartcode 3rd Party Channel within Khaos
If you are using Smartcode as a connector between Khaos and a 3rd party ecommerce system you will need to create a 'Channel' to allow the data to be passed to and from the two systems. To get started login to your Khaos admin control panel and select 'Channels'.
If you cannot see the 'Channels' icon you will need to contact your account manager at Khaos to have it enabled.
Now click 'New Channel'
Select '3rd Party API' and click OK
You will then be taken to the channel setup screen, to begin enter the channel name
Under 'Import Options' toggle the 'Don't Import Orders' option to 'Off'
Next set your Smartcode configuration URL, this will have been supplied to you by your Smartcode account manager
Now click 'Save Channel' in the top right to complete the setup process
